Rain Policy:
We will make every attempt to complete the tournament on schedule. In case of inclement weather, a no-add scoring system could be requested. In the event of rain, etc, on Saturday, June 16th, play would be completed on Sunday and Monday, June 17th and 18th.

DRAW LIMITS/PLAYER SELECTION
Draws are limited to 32 players. The tournament committee will make selections primarily using the MAS standings and will consider other available information where necessary.

MATCH DETAILS:
(1) A SUPER TIEBREAKER will be played in lieu of a 3rd set. (2) All first MATCH losers will be
fed into a CONSOLATION ROUND. ALL consolation rounds will be an 8 game PRO SET.

DIRECTIONS:
From I-64 E or W, take EXIT 258 A (route 17 S. or J. CLYDE MORRIS Blvd.). Continue until cross
JEFFERSON AVE. Drive by Riverside Hospital (on left), and proceed to stop light at WARWICK
BLVD. and J. Clyde Morris. Stay in CENTER LANE and cross Warwick Blvd. to AVENUE OF THE ARTS
Drive. Road will curve to the right and will lead to a traffice circle in front of Christopher Newport
University. Follow around circle to SHOE LANE. Proceed on SHOE LANE to 4-way stop sign. Turn RIGHT
at stop sign on COUNTRY CLUB RD. This will lead to JAMES RIVER COUNTRY CLUB. Proceed through
the entrance gate, follow up a hill, and take a right at the TENNIS SHOP SIGN.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members, however, acceptance to the events is by Tournament Director selection only. Only USTA members can register online if available.
