BOYS' & GIRLS' OPEN

PLEASE REFER TO THE POSTED DRAW SHEETS FOR FIRST MATCH TIMES FOR THE BOYS AND GIRLS 10'S

BOYS 10 and GIRLS 10 PLAYERS, PLEASE READ ... Unfortunately, due to the large number of entries for the Boys & Girls Open, we are not able to host the boys 10 and girls 10 events this weekend. We will be playing the boys 10 and girls 10 events NEXT weekend, April 27-29. If do not wish to play next weekend, you will be issued a refund of your entry fee. Please confirm whether or not you wish to play next weekend by sending a message to jnh@ix.netcom.com no later than Tuesday, April 24. Match times will be posted Thursday morning, April 26.

Unfortunately, there were far more entries than we could handle. The boys and girls 12 & 14 draws had to be limited to 16 players. Players were added to the draws by ranking, following USTA guidelines. Players who were not added to the draws will be placed on the alternate list. Refund checks will be issued within ten days of the end of the tournament to those who did not make it into the tournament.

First Match Times can be found by clicking on the Furture Match Info link above after 12:00pm on Thursday, April 19.

It might become necessary to limit the draw sizes for each division to a maximum of 16 to accomodate scheduling. If the draw sizes are limited to 16, players will be accepted into the draw following USTA guidelines. Those not accepted into the draw will receive a refund.
