If you were selected as an alternate then your credit card did not get charged, so if chosen you will need to pay the $50 entry fee. Alternate lists will be updated daily, if you would like to be taken off the alternate list, please email us and let us know.

Selection will be based on your southern standing at the time of the deadline. For a draw of 64 8 players in the top 80 from a lower age group will be selected for older age group. For a draw of 32 4 players in the top 40 will be chosen from lower age group to play in older age group.

Addresses to each site and Directions will be posted soon. Boys and Girls 10 will be at Manker Patten Tennis Centeron Saturday, and GPS on Sunday. Boys 12 will be at Girls Preparatory School and McCallie, Girls 12 will be at Girls Preparatory School Boys 14 will be at McCallie, Girls 14 will be at Champions Club. Boys 16 will be at Champions Club, Girls 16 will be at Champions Club. Boys and Girls 18's will be at Baylor. We will be using indoor courts at most sites.

there will be no check in on Friday. Please show up 30 minutes before your playing time, to turn in your release and give phone number information. Directions will be put on website, copy those off and make sure you know how to get to your site.

Players are allowed to enter two divisions with these guidelines: #1. Players selected to both age divisions they apply for will automatically be selected to the older age division. They would be removed from the other age division. #2. Players not selected to either divisions would remain on the alternates lists for both divisions but would be obligated to play the division they first get in, from the alt. list. They would be removed from the Alternate list in the other division. #3. Players selected to one age division would be removed from the alternates list of the division they were not selected. #4. Once a player is selected for any one division no changes can be made.

Boys12-18 will have a 64 draw. B10 and all girls draws will have a 32 draw

Draws will be a Full Feed In through the Quarters and 3/4 playoff. Main Draw will play the best two out of three tie-break sets. Feed-in will be the best of three sets playing a 10 point match tie break in lieu of third set. In the event of inclement weather, match format is subject to change. The Consolation draws will play three matches on Sunday and three on Monday. BG10 will play a match tie-break in lieu of 3rd set in main draw and consolations
