THANKS FOR MAKING IT A GREAT TOURNAMENT!
Thanks for your patience as we dealt with the parking issues with Sunday's parade, and scheduling issues as matches played out. We hope that overall you had a great weekend of tennis!

GIRLS 14 SINGLES
Due to a withdrawal, the consolation draw in Girls 14 singles has been modified slightly from what was previously posted. This does not affect anyone's first match time, but may change their next match time in the consolation round.

DOUBLES
We were able to accomodate almost all requests to play doubles, so unless we specifically informed you that we did not have a doubles partner for you, please check for your doubles schedule.

TOURNAMENT MAIN LOCATION IS WOODBURY HIGH SCHOOL
Courts in the surrounding area may be used if needed--your willingness to transport your child to these nearby courts is greatly appreciated! Woodbury H.S. is located at 2665 Woodlane Dr Woodbury, MN (do NOT mail registration information to this address!!!). From I-494 just south of I-94 in Woodbury take the Lake Road exit east, turn left on Woodlane, the school is a block or so down on the right. (See map link under "more info".) Matches scheduled here will be marked on the draw as "WHS". Note also that the "Woodbury Days" festival is being held near this location, so there may be some traffic and parking concerns--please allow plenty of time to arrive at your match, and check this website later for further instructions. Parking will especially be an issue on Sunday afternoon, as the festival parade ends in the WHS parking lot. Doubles players should ask about a parking pass after their last singles match.

BOYS 16 AND 18 SINGLES AT TARTAN HIGH SCHOOL (FRIDAY ONLY)
Due to the large number of matches to be played, we required more than one site for Fridays matches. Boys 16 singles and boys 18 singles matches will be scheduled at Tartan High School for Friday ONLY (check draws--these matches will be noted on the draws as "THS"). All Saturday and Sunday matches will be scheduled at Woodbury H.S. (see above).

Match/Draw Format
Early round and all consolation matches will be 2 of 3 sets, with a match tiebreak played in place of a third set (first to 10, win by 2). A regular tiebreak (first to 7, win by 2) should be played at 6-6 in the first 2 sets. Main draw semifinals and finals will play a full third set. In case of delays due to weather, the tournament directors reserve the right to change format (e.g. 8 game proset). At least 2 matches are guaranteed, except in some doubles brackets with only 2 teams participating. However format for the draws varies based on number of players, so even after a loss, BOTH PLAYERS SHOULD REPORT BACK TO THE TOURNAMENT OFFICIAL TO RECORD SCORES AND VERIFY NEXT MATCH TIME. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE TOURNAMENT UNTIL AN OFFICIAL HAS VERIFIED THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER MATCH SCHEDULED. Players who lose in the semifinals generally have a 3rd place game. Draws will be posted by 8:00 p.m. on Wed. 8/22.

IN CASE OF RAIN . . .
it may be necessary to modify match times. Recheck the website for updated match times, or call 651-458-2350 for the latest tournament information, or if necessary call one of the tournament officials' cell phones . If matches get too far behind schedule, it may also be necessary to change match format (e.g. prosets). If there is rain, once it stops we can often have courts dry for playing within 20 or 30 minutes--it is helpful if you can be at or near the courts. (Also, please don't assume that just because it is raining where YOU are that the tournament is being rained on!) If you want to track the weather radar, click the "more info"--it's usually easy to see what is heading our direction.
