CCSF Site: City College of San Francisco
City College of San Francisco (Ocean Campus) is located at 50 Phelan Ave., however, the tournament desk is adjacent to 300 Havelock St., clear across campus. Please go straight to the tennis courts since that is where the tournament desk is located for this site; there are parking lots near 300 Havelock St. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive early. If you are unfamiliar with this site you may refer to the link in order to view a map of City College (Ocean).

First Come First Serve. Participants and their family members have just as much right as anyone else to use the two lower courts.

Spectators' Guidelines
Avoid giving the players instructions or assisting with rules during game.
Support your player by conducting yourself in a positive way.
Refrain from communicating with the players, in any way, during a match it is considered coaching and your player will be penalized.
Feel free to applaud when either player makes a good shot.
ONLY PLAYERS MAY REQUEST OFFICIALS FOR MATCHES.
Make a committment to honor the game of tennis in your actions and language no matter what others may do.
Players and Spectators have been warned.
Split Step will be strictly enforcing the guidelines and rules with the Point Penalty System.

Withdrawal Protocol
1) Please always provide your full name, your USTA # and the name(s) of the event(s) that you are participating in. 2) Until the closing of the registrations, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number. 3) After closing of registration, and until the posting of the draws, please submit any withdrawal in writing first by emailing BOTH the TD and the Referee (see above), and then also CALL the TD (phone number above). 4) After the posting of the draws, please FIRST CALL the TD and then email BOTH the TD and the Referee. Failure to follow protocol may result in an unfavorable code being logged in your record and we sincerely do not want that to happen.

Format: 2 out of 3 sets with ten point tie breaker in lieu of third set.
Be prepared to play up to three matches in a day. Single Elimination with play-off for third and fourth places.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members, however, acceptance to the events is by Tournament Director selection only. Only USTA members can register online if available.
