Check In Prior to 1st Match: Thursday at Courtyard Marriot 3pm to 9pm
Players need to check in with the tournament director to get T-Shirts and pay any outstanding fees. On Thursday, players can check in at the Courtyard Marriot from 3pm to 9pm. If you cannont check in on Thursday, players may check in at the HEB Tennis Center on Friday starting at 7am. If you do not play at HEB and would like to drop off players at the playing site and then go to HEB to check in, that is fine. If you have questions about check in call 956-495-5496.

Heat Index over 100 = modified scoring format
USTA Texas section recomends that tournament directors go to a 2 set format with a Deciding Match Tiebreak if the heat index goes above 100. The forcast is for very hot weather and it is very likely that we will go to the modified format. Players should prepare early by drinking fluids several days before the competion and bring water with them to the court.
