SITE CHANGE - SOME FIRST ROUND MEN'S OPEN MATCHES
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICT WITH SANTA CLARA UNIV. TENNIS CAMPS, THE TOURNAMENT DOES NOT HAVE THE SCU COURTS AT NOON AS WE THOUGHT. ALL 12:00 - 2:30pm MEN'S OPEN MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED AT SUNNYVALE TENNIS CENTER. ALL 3:00pm OR LATER MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED AT SANTA CLARA UNIVERSITY COURTS AS ORGINALLY SCHEDULED. TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR JASON SCALESE WILL BE CONTACTING ALL INVOLVED PLAYERS BY EMAIL BY THURSDAY TO ENSURE THAT EVERYONE IS AWARE OF THIS CHANGE. FOR THOSE MATCHES AFFECTED, CHECK-IN WILL BE AT SUNNYVALE TENNIS CENTER. PLEASE DO NOT REPORT TO SCU FOR THOSE MATCHES! WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE AND APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE IN GETTING THROUGH THIS DIFFICULTY.

Round Robin draws of 3 and Draws of 4
Please note, if you are in a round robin of 3, you should look at each round to know your times as the rounds are not always in chronological order. Also, we use a regular single elimination draw for draws of 4 to guarantee two matches, but to also have a 3rd place match which allows someone to win one round and earn 625 Grand Prix points as opposed to only 333 if it was a round robin of 4.

Be sure to check draws frequently- Double check your site on Saturday
This is the event that you receive a withdrawl in a match or a start time changes. Also, please be sure to double check your site, late accomodations will not be made if you go to the wrong site for your match.

NTRP Information
Entry fee includes a commemorative t-shirt and daily snacks and a discount coupon for lunch at Quizno's. Tournament will have top notch awards as well as two of the best referees in NorCal. NTRP Draws may be limited to 16 but we have not had to do that in our first three tournaments. We will try to have draws smaller than 16 starting on Saturday, but we ask that all players registering be prepared to play Friday no matter what the draw size, just in case, alternative scoring may be used but again, we have not had to do this. Larger draws especially Men's 4.0 and Men's 3.5 singles should be prepared to play on Friday as early as the early afternoon. These divisions may need to play 2 matches on Friday. Large categories may be split into two draws in accordance with USTA rules to make it possible for more players to play. All Players may play one singles and one doubles event max. WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE TWO DOUBLES ENTRIES DUE TO COURT SPACE AND OUR DEISRE TO PUT ON A GREAT ONE WEEKEND TOURNAMENT. Players playing singles and doubles must play the same NTRP division.

You must be available to play at all times
Due to large draws, we cannot accomodate schedule request. If you cannot play throughout the tournament, please do not register. League matches are not an appropriate schedule request. Once entries are closed, refunds will not be granted if you inform us that you cannot play at a certain time.
