Tournament Format
The singles match format for both the main draw and Feed-In Championship (FIC) will be the best of 3 tiebreak sets. The match format for the single-elimination doubles event will be the best of 3 tiebreak sets with a match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set.

NorCal Point Penalty Suspension System (PPSS)
Players, parents, coaches (and anyone else associated with a player) should be familiar with NorCal's PPSS. Players who withdraw after publication of the draws will receive 2 suspension points. Players who default from singles (main draw or FIC consolation) by refusing to play receive 5 suspension points, unless for reasons of illness, injury, or personal emergency, which require acceptable written documentation. This is a National Level 4 tournament and is open to Northern California Residents only.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, October 14, 2007 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
