Tournament Status/Issues/Updates [as of 10/13 at 11:54PM]
As we are getting into the last day of the tournament (Sunday), we will start as scheduled at 9AM, and we will hopefully progress as we have done most of the time through the first 3 days: on time or ahead of schedule.
[10/12 at 10:43PM]
It rained on Friday, but we don't know what the courts' condition will be in the morning. For now, the schedules are now changed to reflect a ONE hour delay to give the tournament team more time to get the courts ready. Please check by Saturday around 7:30AM for a posting here if we need to further delay the day schedule. We could have to move some of the late matches (scheduled for after 4PM) from Mission to the Fremont Tennis Center to avoid darkness, so please check for a message here by Saturday noon.
[10/10 at 12:18PM]
The shedules for the second weekend will not be changed. Please come early as we have been mostly ahead of schedule so far.
[10/3 at 4:32AM]
[1] The draws and schedules are now posted.
[2] Please note that we are using TWO sites and you need to report to the site indicated on the draws. There will be no time accommodation for going to the wrong site.
[3] If you have an SAT test, and if your posted schedule doesn't accommodate it, please contact the referee immediately so we can fix it. We reserve the right to change the schedule in that situation.
[4] Please note that the schedules for the second weekend (Oct 13th and 14th) will be changed (compacted), so please check them on the web on Wednesday 10th!!!
[as of 9/30 at 8:14AM] We were informed that there were some on-line problems in accessing the tournament registration system. Please check the now posted players' list and/or players per event list and contact the referee for any issue.

* Important Tournament Information for Participants taking SAT/PSAT Tests *
If you are taking the SAT or PSAT test you will need to follow the USTA NorCal rules:
When sending your SAT/PSAT application: request from the SAT/PSAT officials that you take the test at the site closest to the tournament.
Anyone taking a SAT/PSAT exam further than 1/2 hour from the tournament site cannot be accommodated. If the SAT does not honor your requested site, advise the tournament director and you will receive a full refund as long as the tournament director receives your request before the draw is made. If you have not received confirmation from your selected SAT/PSAT site or if you have not requested accommodation from the tournament by the day the draws are made, you will not be accommodated. It is your responsibility to notify the tournament site. The tournament is under no obligation to accept players who are taking the SAT/PSAT.
Please contact us if you have any question/concern about this issue.
