First Scheduled Match Times
First match time for each event is posted. Full schedule for the first weekend is included in the draws. Complete match schedule for the second weekend will be announced by 9 p.m. on Monday, August 13.

IMPORTANT -- Provide Your Contact Information When Registering
Please remember to enter your contact phone numbers and email address when you register. The tournament does not automatically get any of the player's contact information anymore. If you choose not to include your contact information, the tournament staff will not be able to reach you when necessary, for reasons such as opponent's last-minute withdrawal.

Player Check-in at Cupertino Sports Center
All Players should report to the Tournament Desk 30 minutes before scheduled match time, ready to play. Original published times may be changed due to withdrawals. Please plan on being available in case your match time changes. Players may be directed to different sites for matches after check-in. The Tournament Desk will be located at the south end of Court 1 at the Cupertino Sports Center (21111 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino, CA 95014.)

Match Format
All matches will be the best of three tie break sets. Regular scoring will be used in all rounds.

Entry Limitations
Maximum 2 entries per player. Entries may be in two different NTRP levels.
For example, entries in the 3.5 Men's Doubles and 4.0 Mixed Doubles events are allowed, but entries in the 3.5 Men's Doubles and 4.0 Men's Doubles events are not allowed.
Players who are entered in two different NTRP levels will have only a 30-minute rest period between matches.

Schedule Conflicts
The tournament will use its best efforts to schedule around player's schedule conflicts if they are provided prior to entry deadline.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members, however, acceptance to the events is by Tournament Director selection only. Only USTA members can register online if available.
