Host Hotel
The Virginia Beach Resort Hotel & Conference Center is serving as the host hotel for our event. The hotel is located on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay and is an all-suites facility, with many rooms recently updated. The hotel is located within five minutes of the Virginia Beach Tennis and Country Club and offers shuttle service between the facilities. Reservations can be made by calling (800)468-2722, or (757)481-9000. Please be sure to mention the tournament to receive the discounted rate for our event.

Tournament Registration
Tournament registration will be held Saturday, July 14th from 3:00 - 5:00p.m. at the Virginia Beach Resort Hotel & Conference Center. A player dinner will be held from 5:00 - 6:30p.m.. If you will be unable to make registration, we MUST be notified by Friday, July 13th by either calling (757)481-7545, ext. 5, or by email to lhackbirth@cox.net.

Doubles Registration
We will be accepting doubles entries until 5:00p.m. on Saturday, July 14th. The doubles draw will be made immediately following the entry close. Doubles play will begin on Sunday, July 15th.

Practice Courts
Practice courts will be available at the Virginia Beach Tennis and Country Club prior to and during the tournament. Courts prior to the start of the tournament can be reserved by calling the pro shop at (757) 481-7545, ext. 3. You may book courts 3 days in advance. Practice courts for Sunday, July 15th, may be booked during registration.

Medical Release Forms
It is mandatory that all players bring a signed medical release form to the tournament registration. Play will not be permitted without this form being turned in!!

Hitting Pros Available
Several of ours pros will be available for hitting sessions before and during the tournament. Please make arrangements through our pro shop.

Airport
The closest airport is Norfolk International. The club is within a twenty minute drive of the airport. Most major airlines have service to Norfolk International - USAir, Continental, American, United, Southwest and Delta Airlines.

Club Amenities
The Virginia Beach Tennis and Country Club has a full service restaurant that will be open breakfast, lunch and dinner during the tournament. We have a pro shop offering clothing and accessories. Racquet service will be available prior to and during the tournament. Players and their families are welcome to enjoy our swimming pool throughout the week.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 21, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
