We need three entrants in an event in order to have that event.
We may be able to combine divisions so that an event may be
held.

This tournament is a Level 4 Doubles Only Tournament for Boys and
Girls 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s and Under Doubles. All divisions will
have a maximum draw limit of 16 teams.
First Match Losers Consolation Tournament
Players who lose their first match will be placed in a First Match
Losers Consolation tournament. Awards will be given for both main
draw and consolation tournament champions and finalists. Club-Net
Clubs are proud of the fact that our tournaments always offer
consolation events.

Starting Times-First and Second Round Match Information
Please come back to this tournament page on Wednesday, March 18,
2020. after 8 pm to find your first match starting times. Starting
times may be found by clicking on the words "Future Match Info
Report" (above left in blue).
We may be using two clubs for this tournament. Please make sure you
know which of the clubs you will be playing at.
Matches followed by "East" will be played at the East Side Tennis
& Fitness Club (Lifesport - Kenosha), 7611 Sheridan Road,
Kenosha, WI 53143 (262-652-7373).
Matches followed by "Racin" will be played at the Racine Tennis
Club (Lifesport - Racine), 5100 Briarwood Lane, Racine, WI 53402
(262-639-6100).
Please note that the time on the far left is the first match
starting time. The match on the right is the player's second match
start time if he/she wins or losses his/her first match.
The match time followed by a "W" is the second match time is if the
player wins his/her first match.
The match time followed by an "L" is the second match time is if
the player loses his/her first match.
Plan to arrive for your match at least fifteen minutes prior your
starting time.
Please allow for traffic when scheduling your time to get to the
clubs. If you are lost or stuck in traffic, calling the club prior
to your starting time may be a factor in not being defaulted or
penalized.
IMPORTANT - USTA/MIDWEST SECTION SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM
The USTA Midwest Section Junior Competition Committee adopted the
following Suspension Point System: ALL players will be given five
(5) suspension points for entering two or more tournaments
scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part,
unless each tournament committee involved approves multiple entries
in writing. Any player who receives ten (10) or more suspension
points during a continuous 12-month period shall be suspended from
competing in any USTA-sanctioned event held within the USTA/Midwest
Section for eight (8) consecutive weeks.
Scoring
This tournament includes a First Match Losers Consolation
Tournament (FMLC).
All matches will be played using regular ad scoring. All matches
will be best two out of three sets, with a Match-Tiebreaker played
in lieu of a third set (first player to 10 points with a 2 point
margin).
Order of Play
Matches may begin as early as 5pm on Friday.
Draws will be posted upon the conclusion of the first round of each
division.
There are no refunds after draws have been made.

We cannot contact you unless you provide us with your telephone
number(s) and e-mail address.
The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannot provide
contact information to tournament directors unless the customer
provides the contact information during the registration process.
Previously the home phone number and email address were pre-filled
from the USTA Membership database when a player went through the
online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to
privacy concerns. If you do not provide an email address and
telephone number(s) when you register for this tournament then we
will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the
tournament.
Dress Code

USTA/Midwest Section Seeding & Selection Criteria as of
December 2008
All USTA/Midwest Sectional and Designated Tournaments will adhere
to the following Seeding and Selection Criteria as set by the
USTA/Midwest Section Junior Competition Committee. Players will be
selected based on the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing
List at the time of the tournament entry deadline. Players will be
selected by the following; 1. 64 players from the most current
USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the current age division of
the event. Remaining vacancies and/or alternates will be selected
from the USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the division of the
event. Seeding will be done based on the most current USTA/Midwest
Section Standing List prior to tournament.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
