NEW TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Starting times are now posted. This will be a two day tournament being played on Saturday and Sunday. This tournament will use a Compass Draw Format so every player will play four matches; two matches on Saturday and two matches on Sunday. We will be using two clubs for the tournament; Lifesport Tennis Club - Kenosha (East Side Tennis and Fitness Club); (Girls 12s Club Site for Saturday) and Lifesport Tennis Club - Racine (Racine Tennis Club); (Girls 14s Club Site for Saturday). Please check your starting times and club location CAREFULLY to make sure you know which time and club you are playing at. Starting times may be found by clicking on the words "Future Match Info Report" above in blue. Players may book warm-up courts at the club they are playing at starting on Thursday after 9am. (Please read notes below under; PLAY SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE & WARM-UP COURTS). Draws will be posted on Friday before 9pm.

Protocols For Players:
- Check with the host facility ahead of time for any protocols that may apply at that facility. - Arrive at the facility close to assigned start time, ready to play, and depart immediately. - Bring your own water bottles, towel, or any other personal equipment and store them inside your tennis bag when not in use. - Wash hands often (before / after matches.) - Clearly verbalize score at the start of each point. - Maintain safe social distance between players during the racket spin at the start of a match. - Players should change ends on opposite sides of court on change overs. - Offer an acknowledgment such as a nod, a thumbs up or a “good match” instead of shaking players’ hands. - If playing Indoors each player will only be allowed to bring in one guest (coach or parent) with them. - Masks will be worn by all tournament staff in addition to any player and +1 whenever not on court.

Important USTA 2021 Changes
The USTA will be launching a new, simplified nationwide junior tournament competitive structure in January, 2021. These changes will create a standardized system that will drive greater consistency for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. These changes will help better address the needs of all our constituents with the goals of driving growth in USTA Junior Tournaments. PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use USTA/Midwest Points Per Round for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: All 16 players based on a 100% reliable UTR. Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: All 4 seeds are done using UTR. MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
16 Player Compass Draw. Main draw matches are a full 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets. All consolation matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set, including playoff. 16 COMP.

FIRST ROUND REPORT TIME INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT BEGINS BY 6PM.
Come back to this page on Wednesday, December 2nd and click on the blue “Future Match Info Report” to find out your first time as well as your Win/Loss time (W/L). Please be careful when reading this. The W/L times are in parentheses. Players from the same district will not play each other first round unless an alternate fills a spot or more than half the draw is from the same. We will be using two clubs for this tournament. Please make sure you know which club you will be playing at.
-Matches followed by "Racin" will be played at the Racine Tennis Club (Lifesport Tennis Club - Racine), 5100 Briarwood Lane, Racine, WI 53402 (262-639-6100). Matches followed by "East" will be played at the East Side Tennis & Fitness Club (Lifesport Tennis Club - Kenosha), 7611 Sheridan Road, Kenosha, WI 53143 (262-652-7373).
-Please note that the time on the far left is the first match starting time.
-The two match times on the right are the player's second match times. The match time following a "W" is the second match time if the player wins his/her first match. The match time following an "L" is the second match time if the player loses his/her first match.
-Plan to arrive at the proper club at least fifteen minutes before your starting time.
-Please allow for traffic when scheduling your time to get to the clubs.

PLAY SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE COURTS & WARM-UP COURTS
After the starting times are posted on Wednesday December 2nd you may call one of the clubs listed below to book ONLY a practice court for Friday. Lifesport Tennis Club - Kenosha (East Side Tennis and Fitness Club), 7611 Sheridan Road, Kenosha, WI 53143 (262-652-7373); Lifesport Tennis Club - Racine (Racine Tennis Club), 5100 Briarwood Lane, Racine, WI 53402 (262-639-6100). We will be offering a limited amount of Practice Courts on Friday night, Full court for an hour for the reduced rate of $20 per hour. Warm-Up Courts start Saturday and go through Sunday and are on a Half Hour basis only for $10 per half hour. To accommodate the most players, there can be up to 4 players on a warm-up court. Warm-Up Courts for Saturday will be available to book on Thursday December 3rd after 9am. Please mention the tournament in order to be able to book a court at any of these clubs. You will need to pre-pay for the courts with a credit card.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.
