Notes
COVID-19 Update:
Given the heightened concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, the
USTA has made the decision to postpone this event. At all times, we
must put the health and safety of all our constituents at the
forefront of our decision-making, and we feel this is in the best
interest of players, their families, the tournament staff, and our
collective communities. All tournaments through April 20, 2020 will
be postponed/cancelled. If you are currently registered for an
upcoming tournament through April 20th, please withdraw.
Checking in: Please check in 15 minutes before your match time
if at all possible. When you check in for your match, you must
be ready to play as described in USTA's Friend at Court--shoes on,
water jugs filled, racquets gripped, bathroom used, etc.--and
within earshot of the tournament desk. Please stay on the upper
level of the lounge area once checked in. If you are not readily
available and/or within earshot when your match is called, you may
be subject to lateness penalties.
Coaching: Between the second and third sets, coaching is allowed--3
minutes before a 10-point tiebreak and 10 minutes before a full
third set. The timer for these breaks begins as soon as the final
point of the previous game ends. Failure to return to court by the
end of the break will result in a time violation. Some courts are
far away. Please plan accordingly.
Water: Lifetime Lakeville has added a filter and bottle filler to
the drinking fountain in the tennis lobby. Please make use of this
to fill your water bottle/jug before going on court. The coolers in
the walkway to the courts will no longer be present.
Warm-up courts: Courts may be available for warm-up throughout the
weekend, but none are guaranteed. Warm-up court usage is limited to
15 minutes at a time (more than this, and you will be charged for
the full court time), and you are required to share the court with
other players. If you plan to hit before your first match of the
day, booking a court is the best way to guarantee being able to do
so.
- Once play begins please call the tennis desk and ask to speak to
the tournament director 952-232-1382
Singles matches will be best 2-out-of-3 sets with a 10-point
tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set. FMLC Format draws.

LEVEL 7 TOURNAMENT - Selections will be based on the most current standings/rankings list. ALTERNATE LIST - COMPETITORS LIST - EMAILS If you find your name on the alternate list, it means one of three things: 1. You did not have enough points to qualify for the tournament based on the age group you selected. 2. In the case of a Level 7, you had too many points. 3. You may have been the only player in that age group, therefore it is not being held. - Being placed as an "Alternate" means you did not qualify for the tournament based on one of the above points. - If you do not qualify for the tournament and are not selected, you WILL BE notified via the email address you provided when you registered for the tournament and your credit card WILL NOT be charged. - If you do qualify for the tournament, you WILL NOT be notified and must check the draw for start times.
