When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password. Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Covid-19 Notice
· If you do not feel comfortable playing tennis- DO NOT PLAY. Only play if you are comfortable playing. Each person is responsible for his or her own safety during these unknown challenging times. BE SAFE. · If you are sick with any symptoms at ALL, DO NOT ATTEND OR PLAY A MATCH! Ultimately, however, it is up to each player and/or parent to decide whether to participate in any event. Further, every player is expected to take all reasonable precautions to protect themselves from the risk of exposure.

Welcome!
This is an entry-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 5 (no Southern points). Registration must be completed
online.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.

7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a
tournament, please email Eva Marie McCravy (mccravy@ustageorgia.com) or Susan
Pierce (pierce@ustageorgia.com) to activate their USTA number in the Youth

Youth Progression Rankings
USTA Georgia is publishing two separate standing lists
for 10 and under players: Orange Ball standings and Green Ball standings.
Players will receive same level points for this tournament but will be listed
in separate standing lists according to their ball color (green ball players no
longer receive level 3 points on a level 4 or 5 tournament).
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless
of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
Late Entry Fee - all late entries after on-line
registration will have a $10 late entry fee. The full late entry policy is
stated below.
Draws
Draws will be published by Friday at noon. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match
times and any other updates. Any match times found on the Internet, outside of
the First Match Time Report, are unofficial. Official match times only may be
found on the posted draw sheets at the tournament sites. Players must check the
posted draw sheets to get their match time and the location.
Format
Round Robin Format. Trophies will be awarded to First
Place only.
Limited Draws to 8: Tournament Director is permitted
to have up to four (4) draws per Division.
Boys & Girls 10s (SG and DB) – All matches are the
best of 2 no-ad short sets (4 games), with a “sudden death” played at 3-games
all: the next game wins the set (it is not necessary to play a set tiebreak nor
to win by 2 games). If the players/teams split sets, the final set is a 7-point
tiebreak: the first player/team to 7 points wins (it is not necessary to win by
2 points). Adult monitoring and play supervision (correcting scoring mistakes)
may be permitted, but no coaching is allowed.
Boys & Girls 12s-18s (SG and DB) - All matches are
the best of 2 no-ad short sets (4 games), with a set tiebreak (first to 7
points by 2) played if the set score is tied at 3-games all. Should the
players/teams split sets, the final set is a match tiebreak (first to 10 pts by
2). Coaching is NOT allowed.
Withdrawals and Refund Policy
Before the deadline, withdraw through TennisLink.
After the deadline, email the tournament director. No refunds for withdrawals
after the tournament deadline.
