Please check in at tournament desk with a mask to get your tennis balls and court assignment at least 15 minutes before each starting time. Please keep an orderly and respectful 6 foot distance from others during and after check in.

Scoring for Co-ed 8's
ScoringCo-ed 8’s (red Ball) 36 foot court. Best 2/3 seven point sets. First to seven points wins. Example, score 7-4, 2-7, 7-6 Points are first to 7, not by 2 points, if score is 6 points all, next point wins, 7-6

Boys and Girl's 12's -18's scoring
Best 2 out of 3 tie break sets. Third set is a 10 point tie breaker. Regular scoring in Main draw. Main draw matches played on clay. Consolation matches no add, played on hard courts.

Boys and Girls 10's green ball and orange ball rules
Best 2 out of 3, 4 game sets, no add scoring. 7 point tie breaker at 4-4. Third set is a 7 point tie breaker. Played on hard courts. Orange ball played on 60 foot court. Green ball played on traditional 78 foot court.

Covid 19 Tournament Guidelines.
If you or a family member, friend have any symptoms of covid 19 before or during the tournament, we encourage you to stay home.
Coolers and Water: There will be no coolers or water offered on court. We have a fully stocked tennis shop with drinks and snacks if needed for purchase. A mask is required for entrance in building.
Benches are sanitized for players.
USTA Southern has now dropped the guidelines to use 2 cans of balls per match. Back to normal with 1 can.
We encourage every player to provide their own hand sanitizer on court and use off court as well.
Before match, change overs,and after match we encourage sanitize hands.
If any player gets within 6 feet of each other, we encourage a mask.
Parents and Spectators: We ask that everyone maintain social distancing while at the facility unless you are members from the same household. Masks are required to enter tennis shop and rest rooms and walking around premises. Please do not hang out inside the tennis building. We ask that you adhere to social distancing practices while here. We ask that you bring your own chair for seating. We will not be supplying towels, bring your own towels. We do have a water fountain in hallway of tennis shop. We will not be providing snacks, trail mix, and any handouts for our tournament as usual because of covid 19. We will not be providing pizza party because of covid 19.

Youth Progression for 10 and under Events:
All Players ages 10 and under must play thru the new Youth Progression System. Starting with 2017 Tournaments players will only be allowed to enter tournaments at their approved level or one level below. No playing up will be allowed. In general players will find the progression from Orange 2(entry Level, will count as a level 5) to Orange 1(intermediate Level will count as a level 4) the quickest, then from Orange 1 to Green Level 10's(Advanced will count as at least a level 3) slightly more difficult, then from Green Level 10's to Yellow Ball play in 12's more difficult. Once a player ages up to 11 they will be eligible for Yellow Ball Play automatically. We hope the New Progression Pathway will help all players find their natural pathway.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, November 17, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
