Notes
Welcome to the LFNH 12,14,16,18 L7! Come play on our
beautiful clay courts! The tournament will be held on Saturday and
Sunday.
This tournament will be held outdoors on the clay. In case of
rain start times will be moved back. Matches will not be played
indoors.

_Warm-up and Checking In:
* _No courts will be available for warm-ups before match warm-up
begins * _Please make use of alternate courts for the pre-match
warm-up (if needed) - All are within a 15 minute or less drive from
the club

* _Players arrive at the facility no earlier than 15 minutes
before their scheduled start time and wait in their cars until
called for their match * _Players should check-in by pulling
into the parking area and text the TD from your car._ *
_Players must wait in their car until called/texted for matches
to begin._ * _Only one chaperone can accompany a player to
an outdoor tournament - all others cannot stay on the premises
* _If a tournament is played indoors, the chaperone must leave
the facility after dropping off the player * _Players should
bring their own chair - no chairs will be provided on court *
_Players should sit on opposite ends of the net and players should
always change sides on that end of the net * _Each player will be
given a can of balls * _Players should initial their balls_ _before
they go out_ _and use for service games * _Please pick up balls at
end of each match and reuse for the remainder of round-robin *
_At end of tournament please take your balls wilh you - do not
leave at the club or on the courts * _Players and chaperone
should wear a mask anytime they are not playing on the court *
_Players will be asked to sign a liability waiver when they
register for the event._Anyone not adhering to these rules
will be asked to leave the facility
Messages
As a reminder, as of January 1st, 2020 New England has implemented changes to the tournament structure as it relates to points accumulated and formats. The new level 6 tournament structure reflects the 2019 level 7.
All age divisions (BG 12U - 18U) will be a Round Robin Format
Score Format: One Set to Six (30 Points per match win)
TEMPORARY BONUS POINTS - For tournaments starting between January 1 and June 28, 2020, USTA NE will award temporary bonus points for certain results at each level of play (see yellow shaded cells). For these results, 2019 points will be awarded TEMPORARILY. On the July 10, 2020 standings, ALL 2020 results will be based on the new points table. These temporary points are designed to minimize the impact of change in regards to selection to sectionals, national teams, and national championships.
