COVID-19 Return to Tournament Play
As we navigate this unprecedented time, all players are expected to adhere to the guidelines set forth by each tournament facility. Tournament Directors are expected and have agreed to follow state and local government guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all players and spectators. All directors have been asked to be on the premise for the duration of the match. In the case this cannot take place, the TD MUST have a USTANE authorized representative who can act as the director. An authorized representative is someone that runs tournaments and is SafePlay approved. Additionally, all TDs have been asked to keep track of when players and their guests arrive and when they leave.
Below you will find facility guidelines and reminders in addition to the USTA return to tournament play guidelines, and player recommendations and reminders that must be adhered to.

- Depending on the number of registered players, Tournament Directors reserve the right to cap the number of participants. - Tournament Directors reserve the right to ask you to leave the facility if proper guidelines are not being followed.

[Mandatory Protocol - COVID-19]
MANDATORY: Each player must complete this liability waiver (link) upon registration. MANDATORY: One chaperone or guest can accompany a player to a tournament. MANDATORY: If a player, chaperone, or guest develops symptoms, you must contact the Tournament Director at the event in which you played.

Side switching - Players will not be switching sides for the entire match if playing indoor, and switch sides on opposite ends of the net for outdoor.
Balls - Each player will be given their own can of balls with different number than their opponent's, this way player will only be using their own balls when serving.
Viewing - We kindly ask parents to expect no viewing for all matches coming in, you may still view outdoor match as long as social distancing can be practiced.
Scoring - One player will be designated to change the score cards.
Water - Bring plenty of water to minimize the use of water fountain.
Hardcourt - This tournament will be host on both indoor and outdoor hardcourts. The outdoor courts that are being used are right next to Centre Court, therefore no separate address.

SINGLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENTS
- Best of 2 sets with regular scoring. If split sets, a 10 point match tiebreaker will be played in lieu of a 3rd set.
- For 16 and fewer players: First rounds & Quarterfinals on Saturday; Semi Finals & Finals on Sunday.
- For 17 to 32 players: First rounds on Friday; Seconds Round & Quarterfinals on Saturday; Semi-finals & Finals on Sunday.
- Friday availability is required for all players when is a 17 players or larger draw.
- Seed players are not allowed to be added as late entry.
-Players are entitled to a minimum of 1 hour rest between matches.

WITHDRAW
- Latest withdraw time: 11:59 pm on the Sunday before the tournament date. - No refund will be given after this time.

Summer Tournaments
Outdoor -This tournament will be played on outdoor hardcourt only. The outdoor courts that are being used are right next to Centre Court, therefore no separate address.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 12, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
