The event has the right to take the temperature of all Players and Guests. If anyone denies us the availability to take their temperature and/or if anyone’s temperature is over 100.4, you must leave the facility – no exceptions. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This tournament remains scheduled as planned. However, please be aware that changes to draw sizes, formats, etc. are possible as we monitor the situations surrounding coronavirus. As such we recommend that players and their families delay booking any non-refundable travel arrangements. Additionally, these events will adhere to a comprehensive safety plan that includes enhanced sanitization measures and mandatory face coverings, and more. In the weeks to come, more information will be announced regarding seeding criteria, player registration, safety procedures and much more.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both: OPTION 1: Enter any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament) OPTION 2: Enter TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 Tournament Players may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYERS WHO ARE ACCEPTED INTO ONE EVENT AT THE TIME OF SELECTION ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THE ALTERNATE LIST OF ANOTHER EVENT. WE URGE PLAYERS TO ONLY SIGN UP FOR EVENTS THEY WOULD PLAY IF ACCEPTED.

DOUBLES DEADLINE
*The doubles deadline is Thursday, September 10, 2020 @ 5pm. If you would like to play doubles and/or would like for us to pair you with another player, you MUST email Adam Baron at ABaron@YellowTennisBall.com
(make sure to get a confirmation email). If we do not hear from you, we will take you out of the doubles event.
IMPORTANT: ALL divisions will have doubles take place BEFORE
their singles matches on Day 1 & 2. Make sure to double-check your start times and
site abbreviations. In addition, a player can only play doubles in the
same division as they are playing singles.

FORMAT ~ SINGLES & DOUBLES
*All divisions: 32-Singles and 16-Team Doubles draws..
*SINGLES NO-AD SCORING. Singles Main Draw & 3/4 Playoff: Two tie-break sets with a 10-point match tie-break played at one set all. Semi-final losers will play for 3rd and 4th place.
*CONSOLATION: NO-AD SCORING. Two tie-break sets with a 10-point match tie-break played at one set all. Feed-in consolation draw through the Round of 16. Quarter-final losers will be fed into a separate consolation draw to play for 5th and 6th place.
*DOUBLES: NO-AD SCORING: Single elimination. 8-game Pro-set with 7-point Tiebreak at 8-games all. There will be NO 3/4 Playoff.

SELECTION PROCESS & ALTERNATES
Alternates
are ordered using the same National Standings List used to select players into
the tournament. Players with no National Standing are ordered after players
with standing by random drawing. Late entries are placed on the bottom of the alternate
list in the order received. Late entries received at the same time are ordered
randomly.
Once the draws are posted, the next available alternate will be placed in any opening, be it a position occupied by a seed or non-seed. Prior to the posting of the draws, when we have withdrawals of seeds, we will move up the next seed accordingly.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, August 12, 2020 4:30:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
