Hi players... We tried to get in a many matches as possible. I appreciate everyone's patience. We will be using 8 game pro sets for doubles. We might go to 8 game pro-sets for all matches if necessary. If you are in a round robin doubles format you will stay 2 out of 3 with 10 point breaker for third. Please check draw either late tonight or tomorrow morning early. Draws will be adjusting so please make sure you look at them. Thanks!

Please check draws... we have to move a few matches around due to conflicts with the rain and scheduling. Also we will be using the no ad scoring for the tournament.

ATTENTION PLAYERS... LIFETIME CLUB RULES
For all participating players coming to this weekends tournament. Please make sure all players and guests bring Identification for entry into the club. No outside food is allowed in Club. Food will be available for purchase on site.

Draws are scheduled. If you have issues, remember, this is a 3 day event and when you sign up, you should make yourself available for all 3 days. We try to accommodate avoidance requests but if we do, it may inconvenience the entire rest of the draw. We try to be fair to all players. Good luck and have fun!

FORMAT
All matches will be best of 3 sets with a Match Tie Break in lieu of a 3rd set (first to 10 with a margin of 2). In the event of rain, format may be shortened to 8 game Pro Sets with a Set Tie Break at 8 all (first to 7 with a margin of 2).

All NTRP Players Must Have an NTRP Rating
All players participating in a USTA NorCal sanctioned NTRP tournament must have an NTRP rating. If you do not have an NTRP rating, please click "more info" to obtain a self-rating.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, March 17, 2019 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
