SUNDAY - ADDITIONAL DELAY FOR MAIN DRAW MATCHES ONLY
The rain has stopped again. However, courts are now soaked. As a result, we are delaying one final time.
Main draw matches will not start before 3 PM today. We will let you know by 1 PM if we are not going to be able to play today.
Consolations are cancelled, unfortunately. We are always disappointed to have to cancel consolations, we hope you understand that we did our best to get them in today.

SUNDAY ADDITIONAL DELAY
NO MATCHES BEFORE 1 PM
It has stopped raining!!! But, the courts are soaked, and it usually takes about 3 hours to dry. As a result, we are delaying, no matches before 1 PM today. New times will be up by 11:30 AM. I don’t anticipate any additional delay - however, since we haven’t seen any of this on the radar, we just don’t know what is going to happen - if we need to make further updates, we will do so by 11:30 AM. A Note - We will not keep delaying all day. At some point, we will have to call it done for the day. We are not trying to be disrespectful of your lives/schedules! However, there is a fine line and we don’t want to end things at the semi’s if we don’t have to!
|
SUNDAY ADDITIONAL RAIN DELAY
Rain kind of stopped but then started again, courts will not be ready by 11 AM. As a result, NO MATCHES WILL START BEFORE NOON TODAY. I will get schedule updated by 10 AM, but here is what I know: Matches that will start at Noon: B14 Semis Main Draw B12 Semis Main Draw G14 Semis Main Draw 10U Semis Main Draw Consolations - I am working to make it so everyone gets at least a second match. IE some of the later rounds of consolations will not be played. It should be clear on the schedule - if there is no time, that match will not be played - which I should have posted soon.
|
SUNDAY ADDITIONAL DELAY
Still drizzling…and still not really showing on the radars. We are delaying by an additional hour. No matches will start before 11 AM today/Sunday However, I am going to redo the schedule. I will still be planning for consolations, but I will shorten them a bit. Afternoon main draw matches may be moved back to original times. I will have the new times posted by 9:30 AM.
|
SUNDAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Draws have been updated to reflect the one hour delay. As of now, everyone’s match is just changed to one hour later, please double check your draw time. Very Important, please! If you have a match later in the day, do not assume that delay will stick, please try to be flexible. For example, B16’s Semi’s was originally scheduled for 2:30, they are now moved to 3:30. However, IF we have to delay again, I may have to cancel consolations in which case I would move that time back to 2:30 PM. There is rain in the forecast for this evening as well and, while we would of course love to get all matches in, main draw is to be prioritized. I’m just trying to plan ahead so noone is surprised - I will not, however, move times to anything before original times! I hope that makes sense! Also so you are aware, the courts are wet at this point and there is drizzle. However, nothing is showing on any of the 4 radars we watch as of now…so, this will be a tricky wait and see morning (as in very hard to predict). We really appreciate your patience! I will do my best to communicate quickly and thoroughly! Any further updates to be made by 8:45 AM.
