LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THIS TOURNAMENT. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO REGISTER. Online registration is required and needs to be COMPLETED before the entry deadline. In the case of a problem, contact the USTA Oklahoma Administrator, David Minihan at minihan@ustaoklahoma.com before the deadline.

WITHDRAWS AND REFUNDS- Before the Entry Deadline: Needs to be done through the online registration process prior to deadline. Click on the "Withdraw" link in the Edit Registration box to the left to complete. Your credit card will not be charged. Click on the "Locate Confirmation No" link if you have misplaced the confirmation number. There will be no refunds after the deadline.

Doubles-
In order to play doubles, player must register for doubles (player is not eligible for doubles if they only signed up for singles) by the deadline, Monday at NOON. Once the deadline and selections have been made, the Competitor list will be published. Players (who register for doubles) can then email the TD who their doubles partner is. All other players without a partner would be placed in a blind draw. The deadline to email the TD is Tuesday at NOON.

ELIGIBILITY CHAMPS- Oklahoma champ level players are eligible for this tournament. Players outside the district (within the MV section) that has a UTR the same or greater than the #50 MV player or the last player at the 50% mark of the Oklahoma standings list may play this tournament. Challenger level players who have not obtained the necessary 375 points are not eligible for this tournament. Please visit www.usta.com for 2019 USTA Oklahoma Rules and Regulations. MATCH FORMAT Ad scoring Singles Main draw: Best of 3 6-game sets with Match Tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set. Singles Consolation: Best of 3 short sets with 7 point Tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set. Doubles: 8-game pro set

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, November 19, 2019 11:59:00 AM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
