DRAW SIZE [1] Singles draw sizes will be limited to 32 players. Draw format will be single elimination Playoffs will be provided for the 3rd and 4th place.

WITHDRAWALS [1] Until the closing of the registrations, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number. [2] After the closing of registration, and until the posting of the draws, please submit any withdrawal in writing first by emailing BOTH the Tournament Director (TD) and the Referee.
* Be on time for your matches: check-in at the tournament desk 15 minutes before your scheduled match times and be ready to play. Penalties for lateness will be enforced.
WARM UP COURTS: WARMUP COURTS MAY NOT AVAILABLE ONSITE. Miramonte High School is open to the public and is very close. 750 Moraga Way, Orinda, CA 94563
AWARDS: Trophies will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each event.

Posting of Draws & Start Times: Draws with start times will be posted no later than 10:00 am on Wednesday, before the Saturday start.
Entry Fee Refunds When Withdrawal Occurs After Entry Deadline: No refund is required beginning 6 days before the start date of the tournament. . Also, it can be cool in the mornings and evenings, especially if we have fog.

Information on if and how inclement weather affects the tournament schedule will be posted to the top of this website as court conditions change. In the unlikely event, matches have to be canceled due to inclement weather, the order of cancellation is as follows:, doubles, singles main draw.
BALL TYPE: Wilson US Open Extra Duty
DRESS CODE: All players are required to wear appropriate tennis attire and dress in a manner consistent with being a participant the USTA NorCal Sectionals.
Water: water is available on all courts.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Diablo Mountain Inn 925-937-5050 is 15-20 minutes from the club

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 30, 2018 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
