ALL PROSPECTIVE LETTER DIVISION PLAYERS
Dear All Letter Wheelchair Competitors,
Due to a generous earmarked donation to our tournament,
tournament registration fees for all LETTER divisions have been discounted by
$50.00 for the first (40) competitors who register!!
The $50.00 discount lowers the tournament entry fee to
$115. As always, our tournament includes meals, a player gift, and we
will have some exceptional door prizes! Please contact the Tournament Director, Tom Daglis tdaglis@rometenniscenter.com for an entry form.

ATTENTION PLAYERS:
Please note that ITF Men's, Women's and Quad Singles begins on Wednesday, March 14th. All Letter Events begin on Thursday, March 15th.

TRANSPORTATION:
We will have airport pick-up/drop-off vans that will make
daily trips to ATL (Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport) on the
following schedule: Pick-up Times: Eastern Standard Time
Monday, March 12th
: 2:00 pm; 8:00 pm
Tuesday March 13th
– Monday, March 19th : 9:00 am;
1:00 pm; 6:00 pm; 10:00 pm - Daily

MEALS:
Tournament provides all meals and each will be served at the
Rome Tennis Center at Berry College.
Players’ Party –
Join us on Thursday Night for our Tournament Players’ Party at the Tennis
Center!

Hotel reservations must be made by the players! If you are looking for a roommate, please
email me at tdaglis@rometenniscenter.com and I post a list of players who are looking
for roommates on the USTA TennisLink website.
