Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix.

Players, clay court etiquette info:
Please clean shoes off on brushes outside of courts prior to
entering club as clay can be tracked into club
Please brush courts after match or warm up to keep tournament
moving and ensure a clean court for the next match,
check for hourly updates starting at 7 am the morning of the
tournament

Warm up courts available at 8 am when the tennis center courts
open.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to match start and sign in
at the front desk of the club. You will be asked to fill out a
guest waiver , parents please bring photo ID.
Matches are best of three sets with 10 point tie break for third
set.
Format subject to change if rain delays matches
Limited availability for warm up during matches.
There will not be avoidances due to court limitations and draw
sizes.
Refunds not given after entry fees are processed and deadline has
closed for withdraws. Refunds are checks and take 8-12 weeks from
Life Time corporate, credits are held for future tournaments. If
all matches cancelled due to rain and player does not play one
match, refunds will be issued by check or if chosen credits for
future tournaments will be given instead of refund check.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, March 4, 2018 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
