Match Video And Analytics By Game Smart Tennis
We are excited to announce that Game Smart Tennis will be official
videographer of the tournament. All matches will be recorded
and available for purchase.
Game Smart Tennis will be offering following services:
* Match Video: Recording of the entire match. Price per
match: $40.00.
* Edited Match Video: Don't waist time watching players
picking up the balls. In average a two hour match compresses to 20
min of video. Price per match: $70.00.
* Interactive Analytics: Get match statistics and use them
to watch points of interest. Features include sharing, creating
playlist and writing comments. Mobile app available. Price per
match starts at $130.00.

SUPER SERIES INFORMATION
Super Series Tournaments are ratings-based singles tournaments
for advanced players offered in the 18 and 14 divisions. Players
with similar ability are grouped into 8-player compass draws.
Players that typically enter the 12 division should play the 14
division. Players that typically enter the 16 division should play
the 18 division. Tournaments will take place over a 2-day sanction
period.
Pathway Eligibility
To enter and play in a Super Series Tournament, players must
players must be at least 8 years of age and first fulfill the
pathway requirements as set forth in Rule 10.
Draw Size and Type.
64 total players will compete in the Super Series. Players will
be flighted into draws of 8 as described below. The draw format
will be a compass draw with a playoff for 3rd and 4th
place.
Flighting and Seeding
Players will be flighted into 8-player compass draws using the
most recently available Universal Tennis Ratings so that players
with similar ratings are in each compass draw. These ratings will
also be used to seed the draws. In the event two or more players
have the same rating, the tie will be broken as set forth in Rule
11.I.vii. below.
Breaking Selection, Flighting, and Seeding Tie
In the event two or more players have the same rating, a tie
will be broken based on the players' highest rankings on the most
recently published Combined Sectional Final Ranking Lists as
follows:
a. 18 Divisions.
The players' highest rank on the 18 Division list will be used.
If both players do not appear on the 18 Division list, the 16
Division list will be used. If both players do not appear on the 16
Division list, the 14 Division list will be used. If both players
do not appear on the 14 Division list, the 12 Division list will be
used.
b. 14 Divisions.
The players' highest rank on the 14 Division list will be used.
If both players do not appear on the 14 Division list, the 12
Division list will be used.

PRACTICE COURTS:
There will be practice courts available at the tournament sites
1hr before the first round of play each day.

Stringing will be available during this tournament. Please text

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
Please check in at the tournament desk at least 15 minutes
before your scheduled match time. Please go to the bathroom, fill
your water bottle, etc. before you check in. Players are expected
to check and comply with all scheduling done by the Tournament
Committee.
Weather Delays
Any delays due to weather will be posted on the tournament
homepage in a timely manner. If there is nothing posted there is no
weather delay.
LATE ENTRIES
Pursuant to USTA Regulations, late entries shall be placed on
the bottom of the alternate list in the order received. Late
entries received at the same time will be ordered by lot. To submit
a late entry, email the player's name, USTA number, division of
entry, email address and cell phone number.
WITHDRAWALS PRIOR TO ENTRY DEADLINE
Prior to entries closing, a player may withdraw and
automatically receive a refund of your entry fee by clicking on the
"Withdrawal" link that is in the Edit Registration box at the top
right of this page.
WITHDRAWALS AFTER ENTRY DEADLINE
As a courtesy to all players in this tournament who are being
grouped based on ratings, players needing to withdraw are
encouraged to do so as soon as possible.
BALL TYPE
Each match will be played with three Penn tennis
balls.
DRESS CODE
Appropriate tennis attire is required at all times. Only shoes
with non-marking soles are permitted.
TOURNAMENT EVALUATIONS
We highly recommend that you complete an evaluation of the Round
Robin. Annual feedback from our participants is the best way for us
to continue to improve the quality of the event for everyone. You
will need your USTA membership number to complete the
evaluation.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, April 23, 2018 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
