Notes
ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED. WE CAN ACCEPT NO MORE ENTRIES.THE
TOURNAMENT IS MUCH LARGER THAN THE PREVIOUS YEARS AND CANNOT
ACCOMODATE ANY MORE PLAYERS. SORRY. THANK YOU.
Keep checking the draw up to the time you leave for late
withdraws or defaults. We will try to reach you by phone but may
miss you so keep checking.
Boys and girls 18's
and 16's: Let the desk know when you enter about any SAT tests that
may conflict with your match time.
This is a Level three tournament. We are accepting all
singles entries from USTA Members (if you get a confirmation number
for singles you are in the tournament: do not write the tournament
director to find out.), however all doubles entries must reside
within the Southern California Section. This is an SCTA ruling and
not this tournament. Questions concerning this should be directed
to SCTA. Boys and Girls 10 and 12 singles and ALL Doubles matches
will be the best of two sets and a 10 point tiebreaker in case of
split sets.
If you are taking the SAT TEST during the tournament you should
consider just playing singles or doubles: it may not be possible to
do both. You must notify the tournament director about any time
conflict with the SAT Test.
Players may enter one singles and one doubles only, however the
singles may be in a different age division from the doubles. If
there is a time conflict you must inform the tournament director by
Friday 3/30 before the scheduling is done on 4/1. The will be no
refunds after Friday 3/30 for any reason.
Remember to check the draw before you come to the tournament for
your first match. We sometimes get late withdraws and always try to
contact the advancing player but sometimes the phone number in the
USTA database is out of date. We post withdraws as soon as we
receive them.
