Seeding Information
Players will be seeded by their Universal Tennis Rating. A player must have a reliable UTR to be considered for seeding.

Schedule
The tournament is scheduled to start on Friday. Matches will not begin before noon on Friday. If the draw sizes allow, we will start some age groups on Saturday. First round matches of a 32 size draw will start on Friday. If the draw is a 16 or smaller size matches may begin on Saturday.

Events
Players are not eligible to sign up for multiple events.

Match Format and Scoring
Matches will be best two out of three sets with a 10pt tiebreak in lieu of the third set. Prior to the third set, players will be given a 3 minute break where they can receive coaching.

Officials
We will have two roving umpires for this event.
|
|
Spectators
We ask that all spectators watch from the viewing deck upstairs. We encourage everyone to support their athletes, but remember coaching is not allowed during the match, except during the mandatory 3 minute rest period between the 2nd and 3rd set.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, December 23, 2018 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
