ALTERNATES & ON-SITE ALTERNATES
It is our tournament's philosophy that alternates placed into the draw prior to end of day on the Thursday before the tournament should look online to see if they have been placed into the draw.
Beginning on Thursday at 6pm and continuing through Friday at 6pm, the tournament staff will contact Alternates on the Alternates By Event Report in order to see if they wish to be put into the draw.
Beginning at 6pm on Friday, any player withdrawals will not be filled except through the use of On-Site Alternates on the first day of the event
If players wish to be on-site alternates, you must register at the appropriate tournament desk at the site for your age division 30 minutes prior to the first match for your age division. You must remain on-site until the last match for your age division is called. Players will be ordered according to the Alternates By Event Report.

Players are allowed to enter two age divisions in Southern L3 tournaments, within these guidelines: #1. Players selected to both age divisions they apply for will automatically be selected in the older age division. They would be removed from the other age division. #2. Players not selected to either division would remain on the alternates lists for both divisions but would be obligated to play the division they first get in from the alternates list. They would then be removed from the Alternates list in the other division. #3. Players selected to one age division would be removed from the alternates list of the division they were not selected. #4. Once a player is selected for any one division no changes can be made

When entries close, a player shall not be entered in two or more sanctioned tournaments, if any part of the tournaments are scheduled to overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing." 12. "A player shall not enter a tournament intending to withdraw if the player’s entry is accepted in another tournament. A player shall not enter a tournament with the intention of withdrawing if the player’s entry is accepted in another tournament, unless the Tournament Committee for the tournament in which the player has entered understands the situation and concurs with the contemplated action."
