IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
1. Late Entries close Tuesday at 6:00pm 2. Seeds will be posted Tuesday evening on the tournament site. 3. First match times will be posted Thursday at noon on the tournament site. 4. Draws will be posted Friday on the tournament site. 5. Check in will begin on Saturday at 8:00am. Be sure to bring your medical release form. 6. Matches will begin on Saturday no earlier than 9:00am, be sure to check in at least 20 minutes before your match time.

This is an advanced-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 3 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed online. In the

Rome Tennis
Center at Berry College is a new 60 lighted court state-of-the-art facility. We
are NOT located on Berry College campus, go 1.7 miles north of Berry College on
Hwy 27 and turn right on the Armuchee Connector. Tennis Center is on the right.
This is an
"open" tournament. Singles Only.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth
Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Youth Progression
(for children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,
please email Eva Marie McCravy (mccravy@ustageorgia.com) or Susan Pierce (pierce@ustageorgia.com)
to activate their USTA number in the Youth Progression program. For more

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon 4 days prior to the start of the tournament. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format
BG 10-18. 16-
Draw Format in each age group. Scoring Format for BG 12-18: Main Draw &
Consolation- 2 out of 3 sets with a 3rd ten (10) point "Match"
tie-break. Scoring Format for BG 10s: Main Draw & Consolation-Short Sets
with a 3rd set seven (7) point "Match" tiebreak. NOTE: Three FIC
matches will be played on Sunday to complete the FIC. Awards for Main Draw
& Consolation Champion and Finalist in each age division. T-shirts to all
participants.
