Good morning everyone,
At this point the weather shows highs of 46 degrees for Saturday.
Therefore, we are canceling the tournament for this weekend. If, we
are able to reschedule for next weekend we will let you know. We
apologize for any inconvenience.
Important Update 3/21/18 8:58 a.m.
Due to the inclement weather we are holding off until 12 noon
3/22/18 to make a discission if we will cancel this tournament. At
the time please check back here for further update.
PLEASE NOTE PLAYERS HAVE NOT BEEN SELECTED NOR HAVE THEIR CREDIT
CARDS CHARGED.
By entering into this tournament you agree as the parent to abide
by the Parent Code of Ethics. If, any infractions in accordance
with the Friend at Court from the parent(s) are viewed by staff or
the referee you understand your child(s) match will be defaulted,
Players you agree to abide by the Players Promise. And will be held
accountable to the Rule, Regulations, and Guidelines in the Friend
at Court.
10 and under play with 25" rackets, use short courts, may play 1 or
up to 2 short sets with a tie breaker-no ads, and orange balls.
Match format may change depending the number of players.
Inclement Weather
The tournament director reserves the right to implement weather
delays in the event of inclement weather. Players should be
available for the duration of the tournament so that we can finish
the tournament. It is also the players responsibility to check for
and know their match times.

Depending on the number of players a second site might be
added
Draw Limit:
Each draw may be limited to 16 but accommodation may be made if
another event does not meet that quota. This does not apply to 10
and Under
Refunds
There are not refunds after registration closes.

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points
This tournament operates in accordance with the
rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at
Court. Players are eligible to earn ranking points from this event based on the
point tables found in the USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations. Points are
awarded based on the level of the tournament and the draw format. Main draw and
consolation points may vary based on the draw format used. For example an FIC
vs FMLC.

MAS Intermediate Level Tournaments (ILT) LEVEL 6 TOURNAMENT
QUALITIES
Recommended for Intermediate players with competition experience and success at
L7.
Individual divisions are played to completion in not more than 2-Days
(Ex1: BG18-12 play Sat&Sun. Ex2: G18-12 play Fri&Sat. / B18-12 play
Sat&Sun.)
Match Formats: short sets due to large draw, first to 4 games and no add
scoring
Outdoor Season (mid-March thru October): FIC, RR or Compass.
Indoor Season (November thru mid-March): 2-Match Guarantee Recommended.
