The draws and match schedules for this tournament are now posted. All players should arrive 15 minutes prior to their match times. Players should be ready to go on the tennis courts at the time the check-in at the tournament desk. This means the player has gone to the restroom (if needed), have their racket, water, sun block etc. before coming up to the tournament desk. Remember to bring your completed medical release form. This is an entry-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia
as a Level 5 (no Southern points). Registration must be completed online. In

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Youth Progression (for
children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,
please email Eva Marie McCravy (mccravy@ustageorgia.com) or Susan Pierce (pierce@ustageorgia.com)
to activate their USTA number in the Youth Progression program. For more

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Friday. It is your responsibility
to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match times and any
other updates.
Format
All players will
be placed in two matches with the FIC Quarter Finals consolation match format.
Main draw and consolation match scoring is 2 sets with a 3rd set match
tiebreak. FIC through Quarterfinals, 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some
consolations matches may not finish.
BG10 Singles -
Best of two sets (first to four (4) and win by two), with a set tiebreak (first
to seven (7) and win by two at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to
seven (7) and win by two) for the third set.
Players placing
in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in main draw and the consolation finalist will
receive a trophy.
Withdrawals and
Refund Policy
If this
tournament is canceled due to weather conditions, players will receive a credit
towards future Triumph-N-Tennis tournaments as follows: No match played - 100%
registration fee credit to future tournament, 1 match played - No refund. Note:
USTA service charge is non-refundable.

Players placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the main draw and
consolation winner will receive a trophy or a trophy t-shirt. No
other promotional items will be distributed.
