WEATHER PROTOCOL
The tournament staff is very aware of the weather forecast this weekend. We will not have access to indoor courts, so play will be delayed in the event of rain. Please frequently check the tournament homepage, as all updates, delays, etc will be published real time to the website and then on the draws. E-mail will also be used to communicate major changes to the tournament schedule. Questions need to be e-mailed to centennialsportsplextennis@gmail.com.

Check In
All players must check in at the tournament desk 30 minutes prior to first match. This will be the time to turn in the tennis parent form/medical waiver and receive your tournament shirt.

Tournament Format
Please see below for a breakdown of the format for each age division. All Feed-in-Championship (FIC) draws will have a playoff for 3rd and 4th place. Please note that these formats are subject to change in the event of inclement weather.
Girls and Boys 10U (Orange) Singles Compass Format First to four games, regular game played at 3-3 No-ad scoring
Girls 10U (Green) Singles Feed-in Championship Best 2 out of 3 short sets to 4, win by two, set tiebreaker at 4-4 (Outcomes can be 5-4, 5-3, 4-2, 4-1, 4-0) A set tiebreaker (to 7) will be played in lieu of a 3rd set Regular, ad scoring

Seeds have been published. The USTA Southern standing list published 11/9/17 was used to determine seeding.

Tournament Communication

Tournament Gift
All entrants will receive a long sleeve t-shirt. Please be sure to indicate your size during registration.

Medical Waiver
ALL PLAYERS must submit a medical waiver for the tournament prior to the start of play. Click more info to print off a copy of the medical waiver to bring with to check in.

Stringing
Stringing services will be available on site the weekend of the tournament. Please contact the Tournament Director if you are in need of stringing services.

Practice Courts
Practice courts will be available on Saturday and Sunday morning before play begins. To reserve court time on Friday evening, please call the front desk (615) 862-8490.
