Online registration is currently unavailable. Both players must
email T.D., af10s@roadrunner.com, with partner's name. Tournament
does not guarantee independently pairing any players together who
do not have partners or facilitate partnerships.

Tournament starts with a player meeting at 9:30am Sat., Jan. 20.
immediately followed by doubles at 9:45am.
Please check-in at tournament desk 30 minutes before posted match
times. USTA release and USTA Waiver form to be brought to check-in
or emailed.

33. ON-SITE ALTERNATES
The ordered alternate list will appear Wed., 1/3/18. Only the first
25 alternates will be numerically ordered. Alternates may be
accepted into the draw, by checking in and be ready to play no
later than 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of
the event for which they are an alternate. The order of the
alternates is based on the original alternate list published by the
tournament and not in the order in which the players
check-in.
34: Practice Courts Info:
Practice courts are available on 1/19/18 at $28/hr from
9:00am - 9:00pm.

Practice courts are available at no charge on 1/20/18. Reservations
are available beginning at 8:00am - 9:30am. Email
tennis@pennbriar.com to sign-up for half-hour reservations. (Club
reserves the right to assign 4 tournament players on a
court.)

Pennbriar A.C. is a full service fitness club. Players, parents,
and coaches may use the facility at no charge during their

36: Racquet Stringing Info:
Professional racquet stringing is available on-site at $20 labor
& $30 syngut or blend.

Hitting pros are available at competitive fees with ample advanced
notice.
