PENALTY SYSTEM

Be on time for your matches: check-in at the tournament desk 15 minutes before your scheduled match times and be ready to play. Penalties for lateness will be enforced.

WARMUP COURTS

WARMUP COURTS ARE AVAILABLE 1hr before play at all sites.

AWARDS

Will be presented to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and consolation winners in each event.

WEATHER AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Temperatures during this tournament should be warm during the day and very cold later in the afternoon. Please make sure to bring plenty of warm clothes to all sites. Information on how inclement weather affects the tournament schedule will be posted to the tournament website as court conditions change. In the unlikely event that matches have to be canceled due to inclement weather, the order of cancellation is as follows: singles consolation, doubles, singles main draw.

DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE FACILITIES. PLEASE KEEP YOUR FURRY FRIEND AT HOME THIS WEEKEND. THANK YOU

Water is available at all sites. Players are advised to bring their own water bottles so that they are prepared.

We ask that you are courteous to the tournament staff at all times, and grant them your professionalism and respect. Also - when you play any event - you are a GUEST at that facility - please pick up after yourself.

All doubles events for this tournament will also count for National rankings. Doubles event will award National Level 4 ranking points. Singles events will count for NorCal rankings only.

CHAMISAL IS A PRIVATE CLUB WITH FULL AMENITIES SUCH AS A RESTAURANT AND FITNESS CENTER. WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE TO BE CONSUMED INSIDE THE CLUBHOUSE. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. SERVICE ANIMALS WILL BE ALLOWED WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION.
