We are pleased to have 20 players visiting from Australia. They will all be playing singles and doubles. Their coach will love to see them paired up in doubles with US players. *** Important Registration Information ***
[1] When registering to the tournament, please
make sure to provide your contact information (phone #s and email
address) as we would otherwise be unable to reach you when needed
(registration issues, schedule changes, withdraws, weather issues, ...). [2]
Doubles registrations: No later than the end of the Monday prior to the
Saturday start date of the tournament, any doubles players that have
not previously entered as a team should advise the referee of the
partnership. All players without a partner will then be paired up. It
is your responsibility to check the web site (Competitors list and
draws) to learn about your doubles participation. [3] You must register at the same level for singles and doubles!!! (e.g. If you play B14 singles, you cannot play B12 doubles or B16 doubles, or play G12 singles Challenger and G12 doubles Open). [4] The tournament reserves the right to limit the size of each of the draws/events to 16 singles and 8 doubles (or above). The 12s and under will be limited to 16 singles players and to 8 doubles teams. All other events could be limited up to 32 singles players and to 16 doubles teams as resources allow (or lower). If a selection is needed, it will be done according to the USTA NorCal rules.

*** Concurrent Tournament Rule ***
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more
USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in
whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands
the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the
player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament
committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and
accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does
not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping
tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all
Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs
last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then
enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a
player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned
in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the
Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count
toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix

1] Until the closing of the registrations, you can withdraw yourself online with your confirmation number. [2]
After closing of registration, and until the posting of the draws,
please submit any withdrawal in writing first by emailing BOTH the TD
and the Referee (see above), and then also CALL the TD (phone number
above). [3] After the posting of the draws, please FIRST CALL the TD and then email BOTH the TD and the Referee.
Withdraws are sometimes necessary, and are only excused if they are for
illness, injury, or emergency. Withdrawals made before entries close can
be handled by the player by the 'edit Registration' on the tournament web site and
withdrawing your entry..... Your credit card will not be charged.
Withdrawals at least 7 days before play starts are eligible for a
refund. That refund will be processed about a week or two after play is complete. If
you must withdraw after entries close, immediately contact
the tournament referee by email at Jean@Hassoun.net If it is the day before matches begin
(Friday) , or any of the tournament playing days, please ALSO phone the
tournament immediately (209) 547-1522. Give your line number on the
draw if you can. Speak slowly and clearly and spell the player name if
necessary be sure to give a return phone number. For any withdrawal
after entries close, please include a reason so we may pass it on to the
USTA if necessary.

*** Event Draws Information and Match Formats ***
1] All Singles Events: format will be best of 3 sets with a match tie-break (10 points) in lieu of the 3rd set. In each event, a mandatory playoff match will determine the 3rd and 4th places. [3] All Doubles Events: format will be a 8 games Pro Set (A 7 points tie-break will be played at 8-8). [4] Regular scoring will be used. [5]
Be on time for your matches: check-in at the tournament desk 15 minutes
before your scheduled match times and be ready to play. Penalties for
lateness will be enforced.

The tournament desk is at the Oak Park Tennis Center, 3514 N.
Sutter St., Stockton, Ca. 95204
(1) Rain phone (209) 547-1522.
(2) Please check in 15 minutes before your scheduled match ready to
play shoes tied and water jug filled. Allow extra time for travel
if this is a new site for you. Travel on 205 is often congested on
weekends. Leave early…Tardiness will be penalized.
(3) Some matches may be played under the lights.
(4) Original published times may be changed due to withdrawals.
Players must be available if your time changes. Check tournament
Web Page for corrections, changes and updates.
(5) Request for special scheduling must be made before entries
close. If we cannot accommodate your request, you will be withdrawn
from the tournament. Check tournament Web Page for corrections,
changes and updates. Singles and doubles entries close on deadline.
Please identify partner when registering. Players include e-mail
address and cell number in TennisLink registration.
(6) In case of rain delay, we may schedule a player to play up to
three singles. The impacted singles matches will include a match
tiebreak in lieu of a third set.
(7) Postcards will not be mailed for this event.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 18, 2017 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
