Welcome to the Gold River Junior Championships
This tournament will be
held over four days, April 1-2 & 8-9.
The singles draw will be
limited to the top 48 players selected from the most recently published
Combined Sectional Final Ranking list at the time of entry closure Single Elimination
and 3/4 Playoff. Matches will be the best of three tiebreak sets. Boys and Girls 12's will play a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.
The doubles draw will be
24 Draw, Single Elimination, 3/4 Playoff, 8 game Pro Sets
Please note that late
entries will NOT be accepted. Please enter on time if you wish to play.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Please note that NorCal has implemented a Zero-Tolerance Policy for
Junior Tournaments. Players should be familiar with the Point Penalty System. Spectators
should be aware that unsportsmanlike behavior by a spectator could result in
dismissal from the site and possible assessment of penalties to your player.

Practice courts may be available at Miller Park 8480 Sunset Ave, Fair Oaks, CA 95628 and Folsom HighSchool at 1655 Iron Point Rd., Folsom, CA 95630.

ACT Test Avoidance
An ACT test is schedule for April 8 on the
second weekend of our tournament. Upon
entering players should submit via email an Avoidance Request to the Tournament
Referee Bard Rickey. (bardrickey@hotmail.com
). Please make sure you let Bard know
the city that you are taking the test and the requested not before time. We will make every effort to honor your
request. Please try to select a test
site that is in the area to minimize travel time.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, March 20, 2017 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
