Ben Press is a San Diego Native, born May 21, 1924. He is an
American tennis pro, coach, and writer. Press was considered a top
junior player and has been inducted into the San Diego Tennis Hall
of Fame.We are honored to host a tournament for the one and only
Ben Press!
Important Information regarding refunds and
playing in overlapping tournaments
A refund will be made is the player withdraws no later than seven
(7) days before the start date of the tournament and no refund is
required beginning six (6) days before the start date. Players MAY
NOT enter any other tournament with overlapping dates without PRIOR
permission from both tournament directors.
The tournament director reserves the right to combine events with
less than four players or teams. If you signed up for multiple
divisions and I cant accommodate the schedule, I reserve the right
to take you out of one division.
Players should check in at tournament desk 15 minutes before each
match time.
2 out of 3 set scoring, super 10 point tiebreaker WILL be used in
lieu of third set.
Player Selection TypeNo Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, August 9, 2017 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
