All players must check in a minmum of 30 minutes before his/her first match at Sunset Ridge Racquet & Swim Club (only your first match). Players must bring a signed & completed Medical Release/Tennis Parent Forrm to check-in or he/she will not be allowed to begin play. Please use the attached link to download this form & bring with you. Middle Creek is approximately 10 minutes away, so please allow enough time to check in & arrive at your site before the match time. Default rules for late arrival will be enforced! After the first match, players may go directly to the site where you play. Please double check your site & match time several times to avoid errors. more info

From I-40, take US 1 South. Take the Cary Pkwy exit. At top of exit,turn left on Cary Pkwy (stoplight). Continue 2 miles on Cary Pkwy until it dead ends into Holly Springs Rd. Turn right on Holly Springs Rd and continue 6.8 miles. You will go through stop light intersections at Penny Rd, 1010 Rd, Kildaire Farm Rd, & Sunset Lake Rd. After the Sunset Lake Rd stoplight, Sunset Ridge will be approx. 1 mile. Turn left on Linksland Dr into the neighborhood. The Tennis Complex will be on right behind pool.

Each draw will be limited to 16 players with a Feed in thru Quarterfinals (FICQ); with a 3/4 playoff match.

Play will be on Saturday and Sunday only for this tournament.

Players will be selected based on the most recent published NC standing list. Players must have some standing points in order to be considered to compete in a NC L4 tournament. If players do not have a standing, they should compete in a NC L5 event. The names of players who have been selected will appear as "Competitors" after the tournament deadline when selections are made. Contact us immediately if you realize that you cannot participate

In order to truly enjoy the sport of tennis, it is essential to display good sportsmanship which includes abiding by the rules, playing fair, and showing respect for your opponent. All draws will be limited to 16 participants. All matches played in the tournament for Boys & Girls 12-18 age groups (main and consolation) will be two normal sets with Match Tiebreaker in lieu of the third set. We expect a large turnout so we can not accommodate any conflicts.

North Carolina Refund Policy for Tournament Withdrawals - Once the tennislink online registration deadline has closed, a tournament director is not required to return entry fees. Players must withdraw online before the deadline to receive entry fee credit. Fees may always be returned at the TD’s discretion. If a TD selection process tournament, the player would not be selected, therefore, no fee would be charged to the credit card.
