Hotel Information - Hampton Inn and Suites
The hotel for this tournament is the Hampton Inn and Suites in Okemos, MI. The group code is C-MW3. This hotel is about 5 miles from the MAC and located by a nice group of restaurants with easy on/off access to I-96. There are 26 rooms reserved under the block title USTA Midwest Girls Level 3 for Friday and Saturday nights. There are 24 2-queen bed standard rooms and two 2-queen studio suites at the rate of $109/night. Tournament selections have been made and rooms are available until Wednesday at 3 pm for booking if you haven't already.

PLAYER SELECTION AND SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest
Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and
seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 22 Players based on the most recent
USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 10 Players based on UTR Players will be seeded for the tournament in the
following order:
1 - Top 8 seeds based on UTR
2- Seeds 9-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings

MATCH SCORING
The Singles Main Draw and Singles Consolation Draw will play best of 3
tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set.

ORDER OF PLAY
Saturday - 3 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles. Sunday - 2
rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles.

PLAYER CONTACT INFORMATION POLICY
If
you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for
this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible
changes in the tournament.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the
tournament director immediately. You
have until noon Monday to pay for the tournament. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you
from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selections.

DUAL ENTRY POLICY

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 12, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
