GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
All players will receive a tournament towel and trophies/medals
will be awarded to the winners and finalists in both the main and
consolation draws. Sportsmanship awards will also be given to the
boy and girl who exhibit outstanding sportsmanship.
* This is a Level 4 tournament that is open to both
Unranked and Ranked players.
* Midwest and Wisconsin District points will be earned for
each round won in main and consolation draw.
* We offer first-match consolation in all events, so please
be prepared to play a minimum of two matches. Regular
scoring with tiebreaker in lieu of third set will be played. The
10's division will be using the green dot ball.
FIRST MATCH TIMES
We will post first and second round start times on this home page
under "Future Match Info" (above on left) by Friday at 9am.
Please be careful when reading your first match start time since
the second match times are also listed. Please note that second
round match times are subject to change. Please check in with
tournament desk after all your matches to be given exact future
match times.
SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Distance traveled by players will be taken into consideration when
determining start times on Saturday morning. Please understand that
we are unable to satisfy everyone's wishes. Please be prepared to
play as early as 9AM. Also, please arrive at tournament at least 15
minutes prior to match time.
USTA CONTACT INFORMATION
Procedure for tournament registration: because of Privacy Laws,
your contact information from USTA membership doesn't show up in
the Tournament Directors' software anymore. Only what you indicate
during the registration process shows up. We have no way of
contacting you if you leave these areas blank. For instance, your
opponent is sick. You may make an extra trip here and not need to.
You must indicate all phone numbers, home, cell (a must!), work and
your email address on each registration, EACH and EVERY time, for
each and every tournament you register for.
EXTRA INFO
This tournament is a 3 day event, if needed and is played at
Lincoln Park which has 8 outdoor courts. In the event of excessive
rain, the tournament will be played at the YMCA which has 3 indoor
courts. The tournament director reserves the right to change the
scoring format in the event of rain. All players will receive a
tournament towel and trophies/medals will be awarded to the winners
and finalists in both the main and consolation draws. Sportsmanship
awards will also be given to the boy and girl who exhibit
outstanding sportsmanship.
