SCORING FORMAT FOR 12's-18's
Singles: All singles will play two, regular scoring, sets with a 10 point match tiebreak played in lieu of the third set for main draw and consolation.
Doubles: Will be a 8 game pro set with a 7 point tiebreak at 8 all.

SCORING FORMAT FOR 10'S
Singles will be two short sets, NO -AD SCORING, first to 4 games win by 2 with a 7 point tiebreak played at 4 games all. If split sets, a 7 point match tiebreak will be played for the 3rd set.
Doubles will be one set to 6 games, with a 7 point match tie break at 6 games all. Doubles will be NO -AD SCORING.

SEEDING INFORMATION
Singles Seeding Criteria:
Computerized seeding shall be done using the results from the most recently
published USTA Southern Standings list of the division in the order in which
the players appear on the list. ****
Doubles Seeding Criteria:
Teams shall be seeded in the order of their combined standings (e.g., Player
A holds the #1 standing and Player B holds the #10 standing. The Team of A
& B would have a combined standing of 11.) Teams that have the same
combined standing shall be seeded in the order of the total number of Ranking
points held by each team

Notes
The Palmetto Tennis Center located in Sumter, South Carolina has
24 lighted newly resurfaced DecoTurf courts. Also on site there are
both men's and women's locker rooms with 3 private shower stalls in
each. The center has been honored as an Outstanding Tennis Facility
by the USTA in 2004, as well as USTA SC Member Facility of the Year
in 2010. In 2013 the PTC will host 14s tournaments. Those events
include Adult USTA and Junior Tournaments, ITA College Tournaments,
the 2013 USTA 12s Zonals, USTA Level 3 National Juniors, and a
Women's Pro Circuit event. There is a full service pro shop on
site, with three full time PTR/USPTA certified tennis professionals
on staff.

South Carolina Tournament Level 4-Challenger: Beginning January 1, 2013, all CHALLENGER tournaments in SC will offer both yellow ball and green ball divisions for 12U play for the purpose of transition from the 10U orange ball. The 12U Green division is designated by "Quick Start: 12U" on the registration page. Play in the 12U green ball division will count toward the player's Current Standings.

Progression event. This means that in order to play in the 10U division offered
you must be in the corresponding level. If you are not able to register for 10U
singles that means you are not eligible for that level of 10U. To find out more
