Florida Residency Requirements for this Tournament
Players and their parents are required to be permanent residents of Florida in order to be eligible for this level tournament. Paperwork (as per the link) proving the parents and player are permanent residents must be RECEIVED in the USTA Florida office and APPROVED three weeks from the start date of the Level 3, 4, or 5 tournament, Players wishing to check their approval can check the Tentative Ranking list published approximately 16 days before the start of the tournament.

LEVEL 6 POINTS WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE QUALIFIER
Players will be awarded Level 6 points for the qualifying event under the following 2 conditions. #1 - Players who win a round/rounds in the qualie, but do not qualify for the L4. #2 - Players who qualify for the main event through the qualie, but do not win a match in the L4. x - Players who qualify for the main event by playing qualies and win a match in the L4 DO NOT KEEP THEIR L6 POINTS.

Eligible Players
This tournament is a qualifier for the March 4th Level 4 main draw event. Players entered in this tournament should not be ranked higher than 22 in their age division as they would be automatically selected for the main draw. Players ranked higher will not be selected for this tournament. If you are ranked higher please directly enter the Level 4 main draw event.

ALL Matches will be played on clay for this event.
Level 4 Qualifier weekend before the March Level 4 Tournament: 64 draw single elimination plays to the Quarter Final round allowing 8 players spots in the main draw for Boys and Girls 16s and 18s. 32 draw single elimination plays to the Semi Final round allowing 4 players a spot in the main draw for Boys and Girls 14s. No qualifier for the Boys and Girls 12s. The deadline and selection for the main Level 4 event will be completed before the deadline of the Qualifier so players will know if they have been selected and will have time to enter the Qualifier if necessary.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, February 22, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
