The tournament is cancelled. Normally the conditions aren't as bad as they look in the forecast. Today is actually worse. There is a safety issue: The Charleston area will be under a level 6 high risk southeastern tornado threat later today.
The other issue is the current rain, high humidity and cloud cover slowing the drying process(4 hours), and most of the day having an over 60% to 80% chance of rain and thunderstorms, we don't see an opportunity to play any tennis matches.

SCORING FOR AGES 12-18: The scoring will be the best two out of three sets with a ten point tiebreak in lieu of a third set for all Boys' 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s and Girls' 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s matches.
SCORING FOR 10 AND UNDER: For Boys and Girls 10 and under on the 60ft. court, the required scoring format for singles shall be the best of two short sets (first to four and win by two), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) for the third. They will play on a court size of 60 feet with orange low compression balls. Players must use 25" junior racquets.
