MATCH FORMATS
Singles main draw matches will be best of three tiebreak sets with no-ad scoring. Singles consolation matches will be two tiebreak sets with no-ad scoring and a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of the third set. All doubles matches will be one 8-game proset with no-ad scoring and a tiebreak played at 7-7.

DRAW FORMATS
Singles draws will be first match loser consolation. Doubles draws will be single elimination. There will be a sign-up sheet at the tournament desk for additional matches in singles and doubles once players are eliminated from the tournament. We encourage players to sign up to play as many matches as they would like.

POINT PENALTY SYSTEM IN EFFECT
The ITA Point Penalty System, including the Carryover Penalty System will be in effect for the duration of the tournament. Racket abuse will be strictly enforced, including banging, throwing and swiping rackets against the courts.

ALL MAIN DRAW MATCHES WILL HAVE A CHAIR UMPIRE
Every main draw match will have an ITA certified chair umpire. Most consolation matches will also have a chair umpire; however, depending on scheduling, some consolation matches played on the top three courts will be officiated by a roving umpire.

PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts 8-10 are available on a first
come first serve basis. These courts are located above the club parking lot.
Warm up courts will be used on a first come first serve basis and please limit
warm ups to 30 minutes.

STRINGER
There will be two stringers on site. You must
provide your own string and the labor charge is $15.00.
|
ATHLETIC TRAINER
There will be a USF athletic trainer on site
every day of match play one hour before competition starts for any medical
needs. For any questions or specific needs contact tournament director Pablo

PARKING INFORMATION
Each coach/official will be given a parking pass
that is good for one car or van. This pass will give you parking in the
California Tennis Club parking lot. All other vehicles will need to find
parking on the streets out side the club. Be sure to read all parking signs and
turn wheels appropriate directions towards curb.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
