ImportantInfo--Champ Boys 12’s Draw
Saawan Duvvuri was originally left out of the CB12’s
draw. Based on his playing record, he
should have been the Number 1 seed in the CB12’s draw. Per USTA Friend of Court Rules and
Regulations, he has been inserted into the #1 seed spot and original seeds 1-3
have been moved downward one seed position each. The original #4 seed, Nolan Hayward, joined
all other unseeded players in a draw to determine who would fill line 6 where
there was an open line. Brandon Ruiz was
drawn to fill line 8 and Nolan Hayward was moved to line 9.

Inappropriate umpire/spectator communication, whether it be about a ruling or any other facet of a tennis event is prohibited while a match is in progress. Being a parent, coach, etc. does not endow special privileges. With the only exception of the right to remove their own child from competition at any time, a parent or coach is merely a spectator.
