TOURNAMENT HOTEL
The tournament hotel is the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel with a rate of $99.00. Please call 217 422-8800 for reservations. The function name is "Tennis Tournament". Although there should be rooms available, it is best to try and make your reservations by May 31 as the rooms are released then to the public. PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 - 44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament 2 - 20 Players based on UTR with 100% reliability Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: 1 - Top 8 seeds based on UTR with 100% reliability 2- Seeds 9-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List If you have questions regarding player selection and/or seeding, please contact the USTA/Midwest Section office at jrtourney@midwest.usta.com. MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
The Singles Main & Consolation Draws will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 64 FIC draw.

ORDER OF PLAY
DAY 1 - 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of consolation singles . DAY 2 - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles. DAY 3 - 2 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles.

DOUBLES
Doubles entry will close Saturday, July 1 at 12 noon. The tournament director will do his best to pair players up that do not have partners.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay for the tournament. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selections.

PLAY SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE COURTS
This Midwest Boy's 18's Level 3 Tournament will be held at the Fairview Tennis Complex located in beautiful Fairview Park. The tennis center was named a 2008 USTA National Outstanding Tennis Facility and has nine tournament quality courts. It has been home to the US Open National Playoffs and currently the USTA Men's Pro Circuit. Shower facilities are available but players need to provide their own towels. The best GPS address for this tournament is 575 N. McClellan Street, Decatur, Illinois 62522. This will get you into the park. Then follow signs. Free practice court sites are Kiwanis Park and Millikin University located within one mile of the main site. The Decatur Athletic Club located at 1010 W. South Side Drive, Decatur, IL 62521 has 4 indoor courts. The fee is $28 per court hour. Please call 217 423-7020 and mention that you are with the Midwest Level 3 Boy's event

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 25, 2017 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
