WITHDRAWALS (READ CAREFULLY)
Withdrawal Prior to Entry Deadline: Go to the Tournament website under "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the right side of your screen and click "Withdraw". If you do not know your Confirmation #, then click "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself. You will lose the entry fee if you do not withdraw online before registration closes. Withdrawal After Entry Deadline: Immediately contact the Tournament Referee to withdraw from the tournament. You must email your withdrawal to megphotogirl@aol.com. In the email subject line include WITHDRAWAL, your name, and division. DO NOT call to withdraw. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. There are no refunds after entries close. All withdrawals for reasons other than illness, injury, and personal circumstances or withdrawals for any reason without the proper written notification are actually defaults and Code of Conduct Reports will be completed for each defaulting player even though an alternate may take that defaulting player’s place in the draw. Withdrawing During the Tournament: You must get approval from the Head Referee in person. If not, it will count as a "No Show."

NEW for 2017 10 and under Youth Tennis Progression Levels
The 10U division will be Green Level 1 within the new Youth Progression system parameters. Boys and Girls 10's will play on the 78 foot court using Green Low Compression Balls and up to 29" racquet. SINGLES The required scoring format for 10's singles matches, shall be the best of two short sets - NO-Ad Scoring (first to four (4) and win by two), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) in lieu of the third set. Please be aware that this tournament is a 10U Youth Tennis
Progression event. This means that in order to play in the 10U division offered
you must be in the corresponding level. If you are not able to register for 10U
singles that means you are not eligible for that level of 10U. To find out more

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 19, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
