Check-in 15 min. prior to match. 15 minute default time will be enforced.

Time avoidance requests are discouraged. Please ensure availability on all tournament days.

$10 late entry fee if accepted based on number of entries.

Quality Soft Velour Sport Towels to all participants.

PRIZE MONEY in open divisions. Amount based on size of the draws.

No refunds 7 days prior to start of tournament.

Entries limited to 3 events total.

From I-15: Exit Mercy Rd, head west. Go right onto Black Mountain Rd. Take a left at the first light into Canyonside Park. Take the next right and continue to find the tennis courts.

From I-5: Take Hwy56 exit. Go south (right) at Black Mountain Road exit. Turn in to Canyonside Park.

Time avoidances must be requested prior to registration deadline. There is no guarantee that all avoidances can be accommodated. Check-in 15 minutes and READY TO PLAY prior to your match.USTA 15 minute default time will be strictly enforced.
