Fruit, bagels and coffee will be provided each morning for players, parents and players.
Western is a membership club. Please place large racquet bags in the outer hallways so they are not in the middle of the walking areas. Parents may use the Western Fitness Center but they must first sign in at the Western Front Desk.
If you are coming from the West take I-74 and exit at Rybolt Rd. Take Harrison Ave to Race Road, turn right. Race turns into Harrison Ave. Turn right on Muddy Creek Rd. Stay to the right at the Y in the road. Club is on the hill on the right.
If you are coming from the East, North or South... take I-75 to I 74. Get off at the Montana exit. turn left. Turn left on Glenmore. Glenmore turns into Muddy Creek after you cross over Glenway. Stay right at the Y. Club is on the on the hill on the right.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 - 44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament 2 - 20 Players based on UTR Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: 1 - Top 8 seeds based on UTR 2- Seeds 9-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List If you have questions regarding player selection and/or seeding, please contact the USTA/Midwest Section office at jrtourney@midwest.usta.com. POINTS PER ROUND
This tournament carries with it Level 2 USTA/Midwest points per round and Level 4 USTA National points per round. For more information on USTA/Midwest points per round, please visit the following link:

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
The Singles Main Draw will play best 3 tiebreak sets. The Singles Consolation Draw will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 64 FIC draw.

ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles. MONDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles.

PLAY SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE COURTS
All matches will be played at Western Tennis & Fitness Club.
Practice courts are available Friday. Saturday morning and Sunday morning. Rate is $10/half hour.
Please check other areas clubs for practice courts. Queen City Racquet Club 513-771-2835 Five Seasons Northern KY 859-341-8201. Normal rates apply at these clubs.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay for the tournament. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selections.

Racquet Stringing
Racquet stringing will be available. Cost of stringing with your own string is $20. Babolat, Wilson and Prince strings are available for an additional charge.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 19, 2017 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
